Security and Authentication

Every deployed VM generates its own unique 32 character random passwords on first boot using the MongoDB localhost exception pattern. The firstboot service creates the initial admin and application users before authentication is fully enforced, ensuring no insecure window exists. Credentials are written to /root/mongodb-credentials.txt and are never shared across VMs.
