This Amazon Machine Image delivers WebLogic 14c (14.1.2, the current LTS release) fully installed and configured, so a production grade application server is running within minutes of launch.
## Application Stack
The image runs WebLogic 14.1.2 on JDK 21 LTS. An AdminServer domain named base_domain is configured and the WebLogic Sign In page is available on port 7001.
## Secure First Boot
On the first boot of every instance a one shot service generates a fresh WebLogic admin password unique to that instance and writes it to a file only the root user can read.
## Ready To Use
The AdminServer starts on boot. Retrieve the generated admin password over SSH and connect via the WebLogic Remote Console or WLST.
