Overview
Apache ActiveMQ Artemis is a multi protocol message broker supporting AMQP, MQTT, STOMP, OpenWire and the core Artemis protocol. It provides durable queues, topics and low latency delivery for asynchronous communication between applications and services.
Why the cloudimg image
cloudimg ships Artemis hardened and fully patched, preconfigured to start broking on first boot. A unique broker admin credential is generated on first boot, so there is no default login to change, and every image is backed by 24/7 support.
