Overview
Apache ActiveMQ Artemis is a high throughput multi protocol message broker for asynchronous messaging between applications and services. It speaks AMQP, MQTT, STOMP, OpenWire and JMS 2.0 so different clients can share one broker.
Why the cloudimg image
The broker runs as a managed service with the Hawtio web console, hardened and ready to accept connections, with the message journal and paging store on a dedicated resizable data disk. A unique broker administrator password is generated on first boot and stored in a root only file, with no default credentials, and 24/7 cloudimg support is included.
