Overview
Dagster is an open source data orchestration platform where pipelines are defined as software defined assets in Python, then materialised, scheduled and monitored from a web UI with full lineage. This image runs it production ready behind an authenticating proxy on port 80 with a demo project loaded.
Why the cloudimg image
cloudimg hardens first boot so every launch generates a fresh admin password in a root only file, with the webserver bound to loopback behind the authenticated proxy. Instance storage sits on a dedicated, independently resizable data disk, backed by 24/7 support with a one hour average response for critical issues.
