Overview
The image installs the pinned stable Deluge 2.2.0 from PyPI into a dedicated virtual environment (recorded in /opt/cloudimg/deluge-VERSION) and runs deluged and deluge-web under systemd as the unprivileged deluge system user, both bound to loopback only (the Web UI on 127.0.0.1:8112, the daemon RPC on 127.0.0.1:58846).
