| Hadoop Big Data Stack - HDFS MapReduce YARN | AWS | — | Standard | View · Guide |
Apache Hadoop is a framework for distributed storage and processing of very large datasets across clusters, combining the HDFS file system, the MapReduce processing model and the YARN resource manager. This image ships all three preconfigured with cluster templates.
The stack is hardened with HDFS, MapReduce and YARN ready from first boot, JVM and storage settings tuned for EC2, and built in web UIs for YARN and HDFS, available across several Linux bases. It retains full SSH access and is compatible with Hive, Spark, HBase and more, with 24/7 cloudimg support and a defined response commitment.
