Overview
Mattermost is an open source team messaging and collaboration platform and a self hosted alternative to proprietary chat services. It provides channels, direct messaging, file sharing and integrations for engineering and operations teams. This image runs Mattermost Team Edition with PostgreSQL and an nginx reverse proxy.

Every instance generates a unique PostgreSQL password and system administrator account on first boot, stored in a root only file, so no shared credentials ship.
