Overview
Mealie is a self hosted recipe manager and meal planner. It imports recipes from any URL, organises them into cookbooks, plans meals on a calendar and generates shopping lists. It suits households and small teams that want a private recipe library.
Why the cloudimg image
The cloudimg image ships Mealie preinstalled and hardened, running on port 80 with data on a dedicated resizable disk. Every instance generates a unique administrator password on first boot, stored in a root only file, so Mealie's well known default credentials never ship and login is required from the start. Backed by 24/7 cloudimg support for imports, backups, the move to PostgreSQL and TLS termination.
