Overview
MLflow is an open source platform for the machine learning lifecycle, covering experiment tracking, a model registry and deployment. Teams log parameters, metrics and artifacts, compare runs and manage model versions through a single UI and REST API. It suits data science and MLOps teams standardising their workflow.
Why the cloudimg image
The cloudimg image ships MLflow preinstalled as a system service behind an nginx reverse proxy on port 80, hardened and ready to log experiments. The UI and API are gated by HTTP Basic Authentication with an administrator password generated fresh on first boot into a root only file, so no default login ships. Backed by 24/7 cloudimg support for backend and artifact store configuration, TLS termination and scaling.
