Overview
Note Mark is an open source, multi user note taking server with a clean single page interface. Every note is stored as markdown on disk alongside a lightweight database, so individuals and teams get a private, low resource place to write, organise and share notes, with optional single sign on, instead of relying on a hosted service.
Why the cloudimg image
cloudimg ships Note Mark preconfigured on a hardened, fully patched Ubuntu 24.04 base behind nginx TLS so the web interface is ready right after boot. A unique administrator account and a fresh token signing secret are generated on first boot with no default login, open self registration is disabled by default, and 24/7 support is included.
