Overview
Paperless-ngx is an open source document management system that ingests scanned and digital documents, applies OCR, and makes them tagged, indexed, and fully searchable. It gives teams a searchable archive of correspondence, invoices, and records.

cloudimg delivers Paperless-ngx preconfigured on a hardened, fully patched Ubuntu 24.04 LTS base, with document data on a dedicated disk so it survives and scales. A unique administrative credential is generated on first boot with no default login, backed by 24/7 support.
