Overview

Pingvin Share is an open source self hosted file sharing platform for sending files through your own instance, offering a privacy friendly alternative to public file transfer services. Users upload files and share time limited links from a simple web interface.

Why the cloudimg image

cloudimg ships Pingvin Share preinstalled with Node.js and nginx, ready to use with no manual setup. A fresh application secret and a per instance administrator account with a random password are generated on first boot and stored in a root only file, with no shared credentials in the image and 24/7 support included.

Common uses
