Overview
wg-easy is a self hosted WireGuard VPN server with a web administration interface for adding peers and downloading client configurations and QR codes. It makes running a private, high performance VPN gateway straightforward for remote access and site to site links.
Why the cloudimg image
The cloudimg image is hardened and fully patched with wg-easy running behind nginx and the encrypted tunnel published on UDP 51820, ready in minutes. First boot creates the admin account with a fresh password, completes setup with the instance public address and stores the credentials in a root only file, with the interface keys and peer database on a dedicated resizable data disk and 24/7 cloudimg support.
