Maddy, a composable all in one mail server that runs SMTP, authenticated submission, IMAP, local authentication and DKIM from a single Go binary.
Maddy Mail Server is an open source, composable, all in one mail server. It combines a Mail Transfer Agent, a Mail Submission Agent, an IMAP server and a local authentication and DKIM engine in a single self contained Go binary, configured entirely from one plain text file. It replaces the traditional stack of separate SMTP, submission, IMAP and authentication daemons, stores mail and hashed credentials in an embedded database, and is managed from a simple command line with no web console to secure.
cloudimg delivers Maddy hardened and fully patched, running as a dedicated non root service, secure by default with no shared credentials. On first boot each instance provisions its own TLS certificate, sets its hostname and primary domain, and generates a single administrator mailbox with a strong random password stored in a root only file. Mail and credentials live on a dedicated data volume, and every instance is backed by a paired deployment guide and 24/7 cloudimg support.
