The Oracle Database 19c Client provides the drivers, networking tools, and utilities applications use to connect to and manage Oracle Database servers. It is the long term support release widely deployed as the standard connectivity layer for enterprise Oracle workloads.
cloudimg ships the 19c client preconfigured on a hardened, fully patched Oracle Linux 8 base so tnsnames and library paths are set and it boots working. A unique credential is generated on first boot with no default login, and 24/7 support is included.
