Overview
3proxy is a small, fast proxy server that speaks HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS. It lets clients route outbound web traffic through a single controlled gateway, with access control lists, per user authentication and detailed logging, all from one lightweight daemon.
Why the cloudimg image
cloudimg ships 3proxy secure by default: proxy authentication is mandatory, a unique proxy username and password are generated on first boot rather than baked into the image, and access is restricted to private client ranges so it is never an open relay. The image is kept fully patched and is backed by 24/7 support.
