Overview
AlmaLinux 9.7 is a community owned enterprise Linux distribution produced by the AlmaLinux OS Foundation to be binary compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9, following the RHEL 9 lifecycle. This listing publishes the 9.7 point release specifically, and it is frozen there: the image is pinned to the AlmaLinux 9.7 vault snapshot, so it never rolls forward to a newer minor and the version you procure is the version the machine reports.
