Overview
Fluent Bit is a fast, lightweight open source log processor and forwarder that collects, parses, filters and ships logs and metrics to many destinations. It is a CNCF project widely used for observability pipelines.
Why the cloudimg image
cloudimg preinstalls Fluent Bit as a service with a working sample pipeline and the HTTP monitoring API enabled on loopback. A filesystem buffer on a dedicated resizable disk protects the pipeline against bursts and brief outages, backed by 24/7 support.
