Overview
Oracle SQL Developer is Oracle's free graphical development and administration tool for Oracle databases, providing a PL/SQL IDE with debugging, a DBA console, visual data modelling and a database migration platform. It supports Oracle versions from 11gR2 through 23ai and migrations from SQL Server, DB2, MySQL, Sybase and Teradata.
