Overview

osTicket is an open source support ticketing and helpdesk platform that routes customer enquiries from email and web forms into a managed queue with SLAs, custom fields and agent assignment. It is widely used by support and service desk teams.

Why the cloudimg image

cloudimg ships osTicket preinstalled with nginx, PHP 8.3 and MariaDB, the web installer already run and removed, so there is no manual wizard. A fresh database password, configuration secret and administrator password are generated for every instance on first boot and the admin password is stored in a root only file, with 24/7 support included.
