Overview

OpenClaw is an open source AI agent gateway. One long running gateway hosts your agents, their sessions, tools, automations and chat channels, and serves a browser Control UI where you talk to agents, review what they did and approve the actions that need a human. You connect the model providers you already use, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter or a local Ollama server.

Why the cloudimg image

cloudimg ships OpenClaw fully patched on Ubuntu 24.04 with the gateway bound to loopback behind nginx, HTTPS and a password gate. Every VM generates its own gateway token, web password and TLS certificate on first boot, so there is no default login. A step by step deployment guide and 24/7 support are included.

Common uses

  • Private AI agent gateway
  • Agent automations and scheduled tasks
  • Team assistant on chat channels
