Gitblit is an open source, pure Java Git server. It serves repositories over HTTP, HTTPS, SSH and the git protocol, offers a web interface for browsing commits, branches and files, and includes an admin panel with its own flat file user and permission model, so teams can self host Git without an external database.
cloudimg ships Gitblit hardened and fully patched, ready to serve repositories on first boot behind nginx. A unique admin password, a per VM TLS certificate and a per VM SSH host key are generated on first boot with no default login, and the image is paired with a step by step deploy guide and backed by 24/7 support.
