| Mosquitto + Node-RED IoT Stack on Ubuntu 24.04 | Azure | Ubuntu 24.04 | Standard | View · Guide |
This bundle pairs Eclipse Mosquitto, the lightweight open source MQTT message broker, with Node-RED, the flow based low code programming tool, on a single VM. Node-RED ships preconfigured to talk to the local Mosquitto broker with authenticated credentials, including a demo flow that publishes and receives real MQTT messages, so the classic IoT stack works end to end the moment it boots.
cloudimg pre wires the integration that every IoT tutorial asks you to build by hand: the Node-RED broker connection is already pointing at the local Mosquitto with per VM generated credentials, anonymous MQTT access is disabled, the flow editor is protected by a unique admin password created at first boot, and both licence texts ship in the image. A paired deploy guide and 24/7 support are included.
