Overview

Supabase is an open source backend platform that combines a PostgreSQL database with authentication, auto generated APIs, realtime subscriptions and object storage. It gives application teams a complete data and services layer to build against without assembling each component separately.

Why the cloudimg image

cloudimg ships Supabase fully patched on a hardened Ubuntu 24.04 base, with its services preconfigured and running on first boot. A unique administrator credential is generated on first boot with no default login, database data sits on a dedicated disk, and the image is backed by 24/7 support.
