Admidio, the open source membership management platform for clubs, associations and non profit organisations, configured and serving on first boot.
Admidio is an open source membership management platform built for clubs, associations and non profit organisations. It centres on a member database with freely definable profile fields, and adds groups and roles with granular permissions, events with participant registration, a document and file archive, announcements, photo albums, forums, messages and mailings, an inventory and category based reporting, all from one web interface.
It suits any organisation that needs to keep member records, decide who may see and edit what, organise events and stay in touch with its members, without handing that data to a third party service.
cloudimg delivers Admidio fully patched on a hardened Ubuntu 24.04 base, with the install wizard already completed and locked away so the platform answers the moment the instance boots. A unique administrator password is generated on first boot and written to a root only file, so there is no default or shared login anywhere in the image, and the application points itself at your instance address automatically. The member database and the uploaded and generated files live on a dedicated data disk kept separate from the operating system disk, and every deployment is paired with a step by step deploy guide and backed by 24/7 cloudimg support.
