Overview
Easy!Appointments is a free, open source online appointment scheduler. Publish a public booking page where customers pick a service, a provider and an available time slot, and manage appointments, customers, services and providers from the admin calendar with working plans, blocked periods, email and calendar notifications, Google Calendar and CalDAV sync and a REST API.
It suits clinics, salons, consultants, tutors and any service business that wants a self hosted booking system it fully controls, with all of its scheduling data on its own server and no per seat SaaS fees.
Why the cloudimg image
cloudimg delivers Easy!Appointments fully installed and configured as a LAMP application, so the public booking page and the admin backend are working the moment the instance boots. The database schema is already installed and a unique administrator account is generated on first boot, so no default or shared login ships in the image. The booking database sits on a dedicated data disk you can snapshot and resize independently, and every deployment is paired with a step by step deploy guide and backed by 24/7 support.
