Overview

Frappe HR is an open source HR and payroll application built on the Frappe framework and ERPNext. It covers the employee lifecycle end to end: employee records and onboarding, attendance and shift scheduling, leave policies, allocations and applications, expense claims and advances, salary structures and payroll processing, appraisals and goals, and recruitment, with the resulting accounting entries posted to the underlying accounts. A mobile progressive web app and a shift roster interface are included alongside the main desk.

Why the cloudimg image

cloudimg ships Frappe HR hardened, fully patched and preconfigured so the HR module is usable the moment you sign in, with ERPNext, the full frappe bench, MariaDB and Redis already built and wired for production behind nginx and gunicorn, the mobile progressive web app and shift roster front ends already compiled, and a starter company and chart of accounts in place. A unique Administrator password, site database password and encryption key are generated on first boot with no default login, and no employee or payroll records are pre loaded. Paired with a step by step deploy guide and backed by 24/7 support.
