Overview

frePPLe is an open source suite for production planning, supply chain planning and demand forecasting. It pairs a web application and a relational database with a high performance planning engine to model your items, locations, resources, operations, demand and forecasts, then runs constrained and unconstrained plans that generate manufacturing orders, purchase orders and distribution orders together with resource load and material flow output.

Manufacturing and distribution teams use it for material requirements planning, capacity planning, distribution requirements planning and sales and operations planning, giving them an owned, self hosted planning tool that turns demand and capacity data into an actionable production and procurement plan.
