Overview
Hestia Control Panel is an open source web hosting control panel. It manages a complete web stack from one browser interface, letting an administrator create hosting accounts, add domains and subdomains, issue certificates, provision databases and set resource limits without editing server configuration by hand. A REST API and a full command line toolset expose the same operations for scripted and automated hosting workflows.
Why the cloudimg image
cloudimg delivers Hestia Control Panel fully patched, with nginx, Apache, PHP-FPM and MariaDB installed and wired together so the panel is ready to serve sites on first boot. The mail, DNS and FTP components are deliberately left out and the database and application backend are bound to loopback, so the image exposes only SSH, the web ports and the panel itself. Every VM generates its own administrator password, its own database root password and its own TLS certificate on first boot, so no image wide default login exists, and the image is backed by 24/7 support.
