Indico is an open source event management system for conferences, meetings, and lectures, covering registration, abstracts, scheduling, and room booking. It was created at CERN and is used by research and academic organisations worldwide.

cloudimg delivers Indico hardened and fully patched on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, preconfigured so the web platform responds on first boot. A unique administrator credential is generated on first boot with no default login, and 24/7 support is included.
