Koillection, the open source self hosted collection manager, cataloguing anything you collect from one private web interface.
Koillection is a free, open source, self hosted service for managing any kind of collection. Books, comics, coins, stamps, trading cards, vinyl, video games, wine, model kits: it gives you a single private catalogue for all of it, with collections that nest as deeply as you need.
Custom templates let you define exactly the fields each kind of item carries, with typed values for text, numbers, dates, prices, ratings, lists, countries, links and images. Around the catalogue sit tags and tag categories, wishlists, loan tracking so you know who borrowed what, photo albums, an activity history, full text search, statistics and a documented REST API with token authentication.
cloudimg delivers Koillection fully installed and configured on a PHP and nginx stack with a local PostgreSQL database bound to localhost, and the project's own web frontend already built from source, so the catalogue is ready to use the moment the instance boots. A unique administrator password, application secret, database password and API signing keypair are generated on first boot and stored in a root only file, so no default or shared login ships in the image. The web server is deliberately held back until that has completed, so the unauthenticated setup page is never exposed to the internet. Every deployment is paired with a step by step deploy guide and backed by 24/7 support.
