Overview
Monica is a free, open source personal relationship manager, a private CRM for your personal life rather than a business sales tool. Keep track of the people who matter to you: log how and when you interacted with them, set reminders for birthdays and important dates, and record gifts, notes, debts, activities, tasks and journal entries, with all of your data staying private on infrastructure you control.
It suits anyone who wants a self hosted alternative to commercial contact managers, with CardDAV and CalDAV sync to your phone, a documented REST API for automation, and disabled signups so only your own administrator account exists.
Why the cloudimg image
cloudimg delivers Monica fully installed and configured as a PHP and nginx application backed by MariaDB, so the web interface is working the moment the instance boots. A unique administrator password, a fresh application key and a fresh database password are generated on first boot, so no default or shared login ships in the image. The database and the application tree each sit on their own dedicated data disk you can snapshot and resize independently, and every deployment is paired with a step by step deploy guide and backed by 24/7 support.
