Overview
Open HRMS is the open source human resource management suite from Cybrosys Technologies, built as a set of modules on Odoo Community Edition. It covers the whole employee lifecycle in one system: employee records and documents, contracts and working shifts, attendance with regularisation, leave and holiday approval, community payroll with salary rules and payslips, appraisals, loans and salary advances, gratuity settlement, insurance, custody of company assets, disciplinary tracking, resignation and transfer workflows, service requests, and an HR dashboard that brings the whole picture together. Everything runs through one web interface and shares one database, so HR teams and managers work from the same records.
Why the cloudimg image
The cloudimg image is a complete single node deployment with the Odoo Community platform and the Open HRMS module set already installed and migrated, PostgreSQL on loopback, and nginx terminating TLS as the only network facing surface. Every secret is generated on your own virtual machine at first boot: the database password, the platform master password, the TLS certificate and a unique administrator password, so no credential is shared between images. The web database manager is switched off, the database is built without demo data, and a paired deployment guide plus a bundled self test prove the whole stack end to end.
