Overview
Paheko (formerly Garradin) is a free, open source management suite for associations, clubs and non profit organisations. It brings member and subscription management, double entry accounting on a standard chart of accounts, a document store, a wiki, a public website builder and mailing together in one web interface backed by an embedded SQLite database, so there is no separate database engine to run.
Why the cloudimg image
cloudimg delivers Paheko fully patched on a hardened Ubuntu 24.04 base, serving through nginx and PHP 8.3 on first boot. A unique secret key and administrator password are generated on first boot with no default login, the initial association and admin account are created for you, the SQLite datastore sits outside the web served directory, and the image is backed by 24/7 support.
