Overview
Relaticle is a modern open source Customer Relationship Management platform for teams that want to own their customer data. Built on the Laravel framework, the FilamentPHP admin panel and Livewire, it brings companies, contacts, opportunities, tasks, notes and highly customisable fields together in one fast, clean interface, with team workspaces so colleagues collaborate on the same pipeline.
It suits startups and small businesses that want a self hosted alternative to hosted CRMs, and developers who want a Laravel native CRM foundation they can extend with their own fields, automations and integrations.
Why the cloudimg image
A CRM holds a business's most valuable relationships, so cloudimg makes Relaticle secure by default. Every instance generates its own secrets on first boot and writes them to a root only file: a fresh application key, a fresh database password, fresh OAuth signing keys and a fresh system administrator email and password, so no two instances share a credential and none is baked into the image. There is no default administrator login: the image ships with no administrator account at all and one is created uniquely per instance on first boot. The panels are served over HTTPS by nginx with a self signed certificate regenerated per instance. The base is fully patched with unattended security upgrades enabled, and every deployment is paired with a step by step deploy guide and backed by 24/7 cloudimg support.
