Overview
WebErpMesv2 is a free, open source Resource Management and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) built for small industry such as sheet metal, machining and moulds. It brings the commercial pipeline of leads, opportunities and quotes together with sales orders, production planning and execution, stock and purchasing, and ISO 9001 quality management, so a small make to order manufacturer can run the whole quote to delivery flow from one web application.
It is a manufacturing focused ERP and MES from the SMEWebify project, a distinct product from classic accounting only ERPs. It suits small manufacturers and workshops that want a self hosted system they fully control rather than a subscription service.
Why the cloudimg image
cloudimg delivers WebErpMesv2 hardened, fully patched and preconfigured so the sign in page works the moment the VM boots, served over HTTPS with a certificate generated uniquely for your instance, with the front end assets already compiled and the database schema already migrated. A unique administrator password, database password and application key are generated on first boot with no default login and self registration disabled, a demo dataset of companies, quotes, orders and products is pre loaded so you can explore straight away, and every deployment is paired with a step by step deploy guide and backed by 24/7 support. cloudimg is not affiliated with the WebErpMesv2 project or SMEWebify.
