Overview
Debian is one of the oldest and most respected Linux distributions, valued for its stability, huge package archive and strict free software principles. The version 11 release, known as bullseye, is a proven, conservative base used widely for servers and as the foundation of many other distributions.
This image is a clean Debian 11 platform ready for you to build on.
Why the cloudimg image
The cloudimg image is a minimal Debian 11 base with security updates applied at build time and no default passwords: you connect with the SSH key you provide at launch, and nothing is shared between instances.
