Overview

Music Assistant is a free, open source media library manager that connects your streaming services and local music files into a single, unified library and streams it to a wide range of connected speakers. It brings providers such as Spotify, Tidal, YouTube Music, Deezer and Apple Music together with your own files, so everything is browsable and playable from one rich web interface, with automation and multi room audio in mind.

It suits anyone who wants a private, self hosted hub for their music that they fully control, from enthusiasts consolidating scattered streaming subscriptions to households wanting whole home audio. Administrators add and configure music providers, browse and search the combined library, and control playback from the web interface, with the whole service running from a single always on server you own.
