Observability

Preconfigured machine images with 24/7 support by cloudimg

Observability and monitoring images for AWS and Azure: system and infrastructure metrics, real time dashboards, uptime and status monitoring, and log and telemetry tooling. Every image ships preconfigured and verified working on first boot, with the dashboard protected by a unique per instance credential rather than left open, so you can watch your systems the moment the instance is up.

Common questions

Is the monitoring dashboard open to the internet by default?

No. Access is protected by a unique username and password generated on first boot and stored in a root only file on the instance. No two deployments share a credential, and nothing is baked into the image.

What can I monitor?

The images cover core system and infrastructure signals such as CPU, memory, disk, network and running processes, plus service and endpoint health depending on the product. Each product page describes what it watches.

Do I need a paid external service?

No. These are self hosted images you run and own on your own instance, with no dependency on a paid external monitoring service.

Can I use these in production?

Yes. The images are built for production use with hardened defaults, a documented layout and 24/7 support from cloudimg engineers.

How is support handled?

Every image includes 24/7 support by email and live chat, 365 days a year, with a 24 hour response SLA.
