Open source membership and organization management for clubs, associations and non profits, preinstalled and hardened by cloudimg.
Admidio is a self hosted membership management platform used by clubs, associations and non profit organisations. It provides a member database with freely definable profile fields, groups and roles with granular permissions, events with participant registration, a document and file archive, announcements, photo albums, messages and mailings, an inventory and category based reporting, all from one web interface. This image delivers Admidio fully installed and configured as a production LAMP application (PHP, Apache, MariaDB), with the install wizard already completed and locked away, so a complete membership system is running within minutes of launch.
Every instance rotates its own MariaDB and Admidio administrator passwords on first boot and writes them to a root only file, so no shared or default credentials ship in the image and the build time administrator is rotated to an unusable random before capture. The MariaDB datadir and Admidio files tree live on a dedicated, independently resizable data volume kept off the operating system disk. Admidio derives its base URL from the request, so it answers correctly on any address you reach it on. A paired step by step deploy guide and 24/7 cloudimg support back the image.

Overview
Admidio is a popular open source, self-hosted membership management platform used by clubs, associations and non-profit organisations worldwide. This image delivers Admidio fully installed and configured as a production LAMP application, so a complete membership management system is running within minutes of launch, with all of your member data staying on your own server.
Application Stack
Admidio running on PHP 8.3 with the Apache web server and mod_php on port 80, backed by a MariaDB database. The MariaDB datadir and Admidio's own files tree (configuration plus uploaded and generated documents) live on a dedicated data disk so they are independently resizable and survive instance replacement. Systemd manages the database and the web server, starting them on boot and restarting them on failure.
Self-Hosted Membership Management
Manage members in a database with freely definable profile fields, organise them into groups and roles with granular permissions, run events with participant registration, keep a document and file archive, publish announcements and photo albums, send messages and mailings, track an inventory, and produce category based reports, all from one web interface. Admidio installs its schema, organisation, roles, menus and administrator through its own installer, which this image has already completed and locked away from the web.
Secure First Boot
On the first boot of your instance a one shot service generates a fresh database password and a fresh administrator password, both unique to that instance, and writes the administrator password to a file only the root user can read. No shared or default credentials ship in the image, and the shipped build-time administrator credential is rotated to an unusable random before capture so it can never be used.
Ready To Use
The Admidio web interface is served on port 80 through Apache. Browse to your instance address and sign in with the generated administrator credentials to define your profile fields, create your groups and roles, add members, and schedule events. Admidio derives its base URL from the request, so it answers correctly whether you reach it by public IP, private IP or a custom domain name.
cloudimg Support
24/7 technical support by email and chat. Help with deployment, profile field and role setup, module and event configuration, version upgrades, performance tuning, MariaDB database administration, custom domains and TLS.
Use Cases
